TAS Yoga on the Lawn

Is it savasana, yet? Join us for Adaptive Yoga on the Lawn at our favorite place Calico Restaurant on August 5, 2020. Yoga teacher Trish Ireland will lead an hour-long yoga class for people of all abilities on the lawn at Calico with all of your favorite people where there’s room to breath, stretch and find your space. ‘Apres yoga’ will be a delicious and healthy meal provided by Calico. Trish does an excellent job of incorporating mind and body into an inclusive yoga class suitable for everyBODY! Suggested donation of $20 to cover food and instructor costs.

Equipment Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one). We’ll have some on hand if you don’t!
Clothing: Please dress in comfortable clothing.

3. If you haven’t signed a waiver and media release this calendar year, please do so below the form using the ‘Sign Waivers’ button.
