TAS Lasagna with Love Fundraiser
Please be our Guest at the Picco e Vino Event (in Your Home)! For this year’s Picco e Vino Event (Italian for: Peaks and Wines) we will be doing things a little differently. As usual, we are featuring Italian cuisine from Chef Paulie O’Conner and Italian wine from Sommelier Mike Calla while sharing the Peak Achievements of an Adaptive Athlete with those generous friends who attend. New this year… we will bring the event to you.
Please fill out the form below and pay to reserve your lasagna for two, paired with a bottle of wine and Parker house rolls.
- Sausage Lasagna – (Provolone Sausage, House Ricotta, San Marzano Tomatoes, Parmigiano, Basil) paired with Poderi San Lazzaro Marche Rosso “Grifola” OR
- Vegetarian lasagna – (Eggplant, Spinach, Artichoke & Roasted Peppers, Basil Pesto Ricotta, San Marzano Tomatoes, Parmigiano, Basil) paired with Marisa Cuomo “Ravello” Costa d’Amalfi Bianco
Each meal for two will be priced $85 and will benefit TAS programs that provide outdoor opportunities for kids, adults and Veterans with disabilities. All orders will be delivered to your front door (in Teton County WY) on May 1, ready to heat or freeze for a rainy day. Please consider sending one on to a neighbor, friend or family member as well! Please sign up by April 27, 2020 to give Chef time to prepare.
