Now that we are officially 1 month into the New Year 2012, we can catch our breath and take a look back at 2011. We are proud to say that 2011 was a year of substantial growth and development. Both TAS sponsored winter programs, Jackson Hole Mountain Sports School Adaptive and Grand Targhee Mountain Sports School, saw an increase of approximately 18%. TAS provided financial aid on over 400 ski lessons. TAS summer programming grew as well this year, continuing on with biking, kayaking, climbing, hiking, adding adaptive fishing, as well as a number of overnight trips. TAS is very fortunate to have a great variety of friends, partners, individual donors who contribute directly to TAS, and a growing family of supporters through Old Bill’s Fun Run for Charities. Thanks everyone for helping TAS pursue its mission of developing, promoting, and supporting outdoor sports and recreation for people with disabilities!
