Enter the TrailRider!

Thanks to a partnership with Porter and Ann-Toy Broughton, Teton Adaptive Sports now has access to a TrailRider, a Canadian engineered piece of equipment that is designed to help people with limited mobility explore backcountry single track trails. With the aid of 2 “sherpas”, the TrailRider can get you to places no off road wheelchair or hand cycle can. Check out http://www.kawak.ca/. Here’s Porter on a recent trip to Two Oceans Lake in Grand Teton National Park- “as an avid back country enthusiast, (hiker, skier, trekker, camper) I am delighted to once again get back out there after being in a chair for 8 years…good attitude, good friends, and determination are what makes the possibilities endless.” The TrailRider is available for borrowing.
